Mullai is a jasmine with slimmer, more pointed buds than malli. Strung close together, it makes a fine white string with a gentle jasmine scent. This listing is one string, about 6 feet long.

How it is used: worn in the hair, offered at home pooja, placed on deity pictures and idols, and used for festivals and functions. A string can be cut into shorter lengths to share.

What you receive: one 6 ft mullai string, wrapped for carrying home. Closed buds open over the hours after pickup.

Care & handling

Keep the string in its wrap, or loosely in a damp paper towel inside a closed container, in the refrigerator (not the freezer) until you need it. A light sprinkle of water keeps the buds from drying out. Take it out a little before wearing or offering so the buds can open.
