Pickup only for now
At this time, every Spice Town Flowers order is picked up in person at:

We don't ship or deliver orders yet, and shipping isn't offered at checkout. Pickup is free.
How pickup works
- In the cart, choose Pickup and a pickup date. Only dates that work for every item in your cart are shown.
- Stock items usually need about a day to prepare. Preorder items show their lead time on the product page, and festival items can only be picked up on their festival dates.
- Your order confirmation email repeats your pickup date. Come during store hours on that date with your order number or the name on the order.
- Please check your order at the counter before you leave.
Full details are on our pickup page. To change your pickup day, call us as early as you can.
Shipping is coming later
We plan to offer shipping once we have tested how our flowers travel and are confident in our packing. We'll announce it on this site, and this policy will then explain which items can ship, where, on which days, how much it costs and what to expect on arrival. Until then, please don't place an order expecting it to be shipped.
About freshness
Our flowers, strings, garlands and leaves are fresh, natural products, and they are perishable:
- Color, size, fragrance and how open the blooms are vary naturally from batch to batch.
- Buds on jasmine and mullai strings, and on lotus, open over time after pickup.
- How long flowers last depends on the type of flower, the weather and how they're stored after pickup. Most are meant to be used within a day or two.
We don't promise a particular vase life. Our flower care guide has practical tips for getting flowers home and keeping them in good condition.
