A veni is a short, dense piece of jasmine made to be worn, not cut: thicker than a string, with ends finished so it can be pinned straight on. The 8 inch size circles a bun; the 12 inch size lies across a braid.

How it is used: Weddings, festivals, temple visits, dance performances and family photographs.

Care & handling
