A lighter jada for the family functions that are not weddings: a half-saree ceremony, a seemantham, a first dance performance. Jasmine and kanakambaram in a simple repeating pattern down the braid.

Care & handling

Keep it in its box or a closed container in the refrigerator (not the freezer) until you dress the hair. Pin it in place a short time before the function; the flowers open and soften as the day goes on.
