Button roses are small roses with tight, round heads. Sold loose, they are the everyday flower for archana, where flowers are offered one at a time while the names of the deity are chanted.

How they are used: archana and daily pooja, strung into small garlands at home, scattered as petals around an altar or kolam, and used for festival decoration.

What you receive: loose button roses in mixed colors, packed by weight. Choose 100 g, 200 g or 500 g. The color mix depends on the batch.

Fresh flowers are perishable. Head size, color mix and how open the roses are vary from batch to batch.

Care & handling

Spread the roses out in a container lined with a damp paper towel, put the lid on and keep them in the refrigerator (not the freezer) until use. Mist lightly if they look dry. Spread them on a plate or cloth when you are ready to offer them.
